There is a hotel next to the La Isla Mall and for a 240'sq room the rates are over $269 per night.  Beach 1 and Beach 2 are both approx. 1000'sq one bedroom one bathroom condos that can sleep 4 at less than half the price and is directly beachfront.there is also full access to the incredible amenities of the property that include,5 Infinity Pools, 3 Hot Tubs, 2 Tennis Courts, and an incredibly safe environment for you to enjoy.    As a guest of the Grand Venetian and has all the amenities you would want in a vacation property Enjoy a week or more of the beautiful life here in Puerto Vallarta. Wonderful condo in a great location. Lots of room, clean, bright & airy with a well-equipped kitchen and entertainment set-up. We had a ton of fun here and would happily stay again. Clean and well maintained beach side condominium. Great views of the beach and downtown, Excellent Value for money, only minor issue was the dishwasher needed a repair on the second day of our trip. We called in the morning and it was fixed later that day. Besides that the unit is very good

This was an amazing place, especially traveling with a toddler. We were near several pools, including one small enough for my son to enjoy. The beach was also right down the stairs from the condo, and it was so wonderful getting to listen to the ocean waves at night. We couldn’t have asked for anything else in this awesome place. Went to PV for  6 days & had the luck of staying at the condo. It was our first time in PV but we felt completely safe the whole time. The area is the middle of the hotel zone & resort area so it was very peaceful and calm compared to the center of the city. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. The pool is beautiful as well and we ended up spending more time at the pool than we had originally planned because it was so relaxing! The A/C was helpful when it would get hot but otherwise there was always an ocean breeze coming through. I highly suggest this place for a couple or a small family trip. Thank you again
